Belgravia Group will continue its partnership as Baseball Australia’s business solutions partner for at least a further three years after a highly successful first 12 months of the relationship.

The partnership positions Belgravia Group as the first major partner of Baseball5 until the end of at least 2023.

Under the partnership Belgravia Group will roll out Baseball5 competitions at its network of leisure centres across Australia.

Belgravia Group consists of multiple Australian businesses and with a significant focus on health and fitness has become the country’s fastest growing leisure management organisation.

Baseball Australia chief executive Cam Vale was looking forward to seeing the partnership reap benefits for both organisations over the next three years.

“The first 12 months were mutually beneficial and that has us very excited about another three years,” Vale said.

“Belgravia Group is a large national organisation and a massive supporter of communities and sporting organisations.

“They align really well with Baseball Australia and we’ve seen that in the past 12 months.

“The next three years present a huge opportunity to grow the relationship and benefit our sport across all levels, and that starts with Belgravia Group becoming Baseball5’s first major partner in Australia.”

Belgravia Group chief executive Geoff Lord was looking forward to building on the relationship with Baseball Australia.

’’Supporting sports like baseball helps communities to become active,” Lord said.

“It’s great to help grow grassroots baseball, and this contributes to our vision of helping 1,000,000 Australian kids to become active’’.

Steve Pallas, chief executive of Belgravia Group’s recently acquired Sports Community, said the partnership extension would benefit all baseball clubs.

“At Sports Community, we are really looking forward to partnering with Baseball Australia to train, support and empower all baseball clubs and their amazing volunteers who will now get access to Club Spot, our extensive online training and volunteer resource library, webinar training programs, help and support,” he said.

Belgravia Group is involved directly in community sport through Belgravia Leisure.

The group also has a strong focus on sport with Genesis Health + Fitness, Coaching Zone, Ninja Parc, BKs Gym & Swim and Jump! Swim Schools all part of its health and fitness portfolio.
